From 1994 to 2000 I was a Senior Trainer and Course Developer for major technology companies. I delivered "off the shelf" courses from outside vendors, as well as courses developed personally. I have trained every level of employee from manufacturing personnel to mid / upper level management including CEO and Executive Staff.

I have created courses specifically designed for on-line delivery, as well as delivery in other countries around the world. I have presented courses in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Canada, and throughout the United States with average student ratings of 4.8 out of 5.0.
